Call Center Representative –Adolescent Mental Health Clinic (Full-Time) HavenRise Academy of Jacksonville, FL Be the first warm welcome for families beginning their journey toward healing. As our Client Access Coordinator, you’ll guide clients and families through the admissions process, ensure they feel supported at every step, and proactively convert inquiries into scheduled evaluations and admission— helping more adolescents access care quickly when it matters most. Your Role You will be the frontline of client access and admissions success, including: Client Communication & Relationship-Building • Respond to inbound calls and referrals with warmth and confidence • Focus on converting calls to admissions, helping adolescents and families get the help they need. • Proactively follow up with leads to drive scheduled appointments and improve conversion rates • Educate families on services, levels of care, and next steps Scheduling & Documentation • Completing prescreening assessments, ensuring all required documents are completed • Collect and verify demographics and insurance before appointments • Scheduling Admissions. • Maintain accuracy in the CRM, following privacy standards and protocols Cross-Team Collaboration • Ensure smooth handoffs, clearly communicating intake details to clinical and outreach teams • Support re-engagement of leads to maintain a strong admissions pipeline Performance & Service Excellence • Track key metrics: call responsiveness and conversion % • Professionally overcome barriers to care and offer supportive solutions • Coordinate outbound referrals when alternative services are needed Every day, your work helps transform lives — strengthening families and expanding access to care. What We’re Looking For • 2+ year in behavioral health in an intake role/call center role. MUST have experience answering calls and converting into admissions. • Clear, confident communication with persuasive and empathetic approach • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving start-up environment • Strong organization, multitasking, and client-focused mindset • Knowledge of insurance verification. Location: Jacksonville, FL- Open to Remote or Hybrid working environment Schedule: Full-Time Hourly pay range of $30 to $36 + Monthly Bonus potential, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
