We are looking for a hands-on, highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Wallington, NJ facility and support our rapidly expanding ecommerce and wholesale business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building efficient systems, and is ready to take ownership of our warehouse operations from end to end. Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations & Leadership • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping • Manage, train, and support warehouse staff to maintain a productive, positive environment • Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse in compliance with OSHA standards • Create and optimize workflows to improve speed and accuracy Inventory Management • Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all products • Coordinate cycle counts and monthly inventory audits • Communicate with production and operations teams on stock needs Order Fulfillment • Ensure all ecommerce and wholesale orders are processed accurately and on schedule • Coordinate shipments, routing, and delivery timelines with carriers and retailers • Work closely with our Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve order issues Process Improvement • Implement new strategies, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency • Identify bottlenecks and proactively develop solutions • Support scaling our warehouse as brand growth continues Required: • 2–5+ years of warehouse or operations management experience (fashion or apparel is a plus) • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable • Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work on your feet • Experience with inventory management systems (Shopify, ApparelMagic, or similar preferred) • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong communication skills
