Team Lead: • Location: Sterling Heights - 14.5 Mile / Mound • Shift: 1st (Mon-Fri, Sat/Sun 4am/6am - 2pm) • Pay: $19.50/hr • Facility Details: Tier One Automotive Supplier painting bumpers for GM, FCA, and Ford by chrome plating, painting, polishing, and packaging steel shells of bumpers Benefits: • 2 Weeks paid vacation AND paid holidays • Blue Cross Blue Shield (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) • Referral Bonuses (Up to $6,500) • Shift Premiums • Promotions • Quarterly Performance Reviews w/ Raises • After 40 hrs: Over Time (1.5x) Job Category / Type: Full Time, with frequent over-time Industry: Automotive, Assembly Job Summary Supervises the activities of production personnel engaged in all facets of the manufacturing function. A level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
