Work-From-Home Dispatcher / Call Taker / Customer Service Representative Gulfshore Irrigation LLC Pinellas County, FL (Remote) Job Type: Full-Time Only Pay: Competitive hourly pay 22-24/Hr (based on experience) About Us Gulfshore Irrigation LLC is a growing irrigation service company providing high-quality, reliable irrigation systems, repairs and maintenance across the Tri County Area (Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough). We are seeking an organized, positive, customer-focused dispatcher to join our team and be the first impression our clients experience. Responsibilities • Remain Positive. We treat every single one of our clients with respect and are know for being friendly and helpful, we like to speak with our clients as if they are our neighbors. • Answer all incoming calls with a warm, upbeat, positive attitude • Return missed calls as quickly as possible • Schedule and reschedule daily service appointments • Dispatch technicians and provide clear job details • Maintain a smooth, organized operating schedule for our technicians using our service software (Service Fusion) • Communicate with customers regarding updates, reminders, and follow-ups • Document job notes, customer information, and service requests accurately • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as estimates and invoices • Maintain smooth communication between customers and field technicians • During standard business hours candidates are expected to be ready to answer phone calls just before 8am and Time for the day stops at time of last call for the day. • Expected to maintain focus throughout the day, although this remote position offers a lot of freedoms, your focus is expected throughout the day until inbound calls end.
