What You Do: • Prospect, pitch, and sign new clients in healthcare or tech • Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Open requisitions and work with internal recruiters to fill roles • Increase revenue through new clients and repeat business Requirements: • Proven BD or sales success (staffing preferred) • Strong outreach, pitching, and closing skills • Comfortable as a 1099 contractor • Consistent activity and strong follow-through Bonus (Leadership Path): Experience managing teams or accounts may fast-track you into a leadership role in 2026.
