Overview • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, focusing on preventive care and chronic disease management. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. • Utilize innovative treatments, including regenerative medicine, to enhance patient outcomes. • Build strong patient relationships, emphasizing wellness and personalized healthcare goals. • Work in a supportive environment with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence. • Participate in on-call coverage with support from an answering service. • Contribute to the expansion of primary care services within a wellness-focused organization. • Maintain a patient load of approximately 30 patients per day, ensuring quality care delivery. • Engage in professional development opportunities to stay updated on medical advancements. Key Responsibilities & Duties • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical evidence. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. • Provide guidance and education to patients regarding health maintenance and disease prevention. • Utilize advanced therapies, including regenerative medicine, to address complex medical conditions. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards of practice. • Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in electronic medical records. • Engage in community outreach to promote health and wellness initiatives. Job Requirements • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine. • Valid medical license to practice in the state and credentialed with insurance networks. • Minimum of 1 year of experience, with 3 years preferred, in primary care settings. • Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care. • Interest or experience in regenerative medicine and innovative treatments. • Ability to manage a patient load efficiently while maintaining high-quality care standards. • Proficiency in using electronic medical records for documentation and reporting. • Willingness to participate in on-call coverage and flexible scheduling. • Dedication to professional growth and continuous learning in the medical field.
