Job Description: To support our continued growth, Greencrown Energy is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Client Operations Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you will support key operational functions while providing essential sales support, touching every stage of the client lifecycle and playing a critical part in strengthening retention, enhancing customer success, and fueling the company’s ongoing growth. As a Client Operations Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of Greencrown’s electricity and natural-gas procurement processes—ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and consistently delivering exceptional client experience. You’ll act as a connector between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, helping manage billing investigations, pricing requests, renewals, and day-to-day account needs with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the accuracy of client records, contracts, and supporting documentation to maintain organized and reliable internal workflows. • Monitor enrollments, drops, billing cycles, and contract milestones to ensure seamless transitions throughout the client lifecycle. • Coordinate and support RFP preparation and distribution for renewals and new opportunities. • Gather, structure, and maintain the utility data, interval usage, and contract details needed to support accurate and competitive pricing events. • Enter and track pricing requests in supplier systems to ensure sales and operations receive the information they need on time. • Review supplier quotes for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client expectations before internal or external presentation. • Review utility and supplier bills to identify discrepancies, confirm accuracy, and uncover any savings opportunities. • Provide responsive, professional client support across email, phone, and virtual channels. • Track tax-exempt opportunities and coordinate documentation between clients and suppliers. • Support monthly reporting, dashboard updates, and review cycles tied to renewals, revenue projections, and margin performance. • Perform data entry and basic analysis related to usage, pricing, and supplier performance. • Contribute ideas that improve processes, enhance workflow efficiency, and elevate the overall client experience. • Collaborate closely with pricing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables. Qualifications: • 2–4 years of experience in client operations, account management, customer success, or sales support—preferably in a data-driven or service-oriented environment. • Exceptional professionalism, emotional intelligence, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workflows in a fast-paced setting. • Solid analytical abilities, including comfort working with data, identifying discrepancies, and supporting decision-making with accurate information. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred. • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, processes, and technical concepts quickly. • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally to support both client needs and internal teams. • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field preferred—or equivalent professional experience.
