This role ensures operational accuracy and regulatory alignment, and contributes to process improvements through documentation and feedback. Responsibilities: Review transaction monitoring alerts and investigations for accuracy and completeness. Document QA findings and escalate issues to senior team members. Assist in maintaining QA scorecards and reporting tools. Support updates to AML procedures based on QA outcomes. Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to improve alert handling processes. Participate in internal audit preparation and documentation. Monitor regulatory changes and assist in updating QA documentation. Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in AML/BSA compliance or quality assurance. Familiarity with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and operational compliance. Experience with AML systems (Unit21 preferred) and QA processes. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team POSITION TYPE Regular PAY RANGE The targeted base salary for this position is $71,200 to $106,800 per year.
