Job Description: • OTR Drivers Needed • Average length of haul - 744 miles - longer routes available • $93,000 Annual Average • Average of 3,000 miles/wk • Average home time weekly - occasionally out up to 2 weeks • Automatic Transmissions - Flatbed (Assigned Trucks) • Stop Pay, Breakdown Pay, Detention Pay, Tarp Pay, and Over-Dimension Pay • Rider & Pet Policy • Paid Orientation • Benefits for Driver & Family • Medical, Dental, Vision after first calendar month • 401k + company match, up to 4.5% • 3+ weeks of accrued Paid Vacation + 10 paid Company Holidays after 30 days Additional Info • Paid by Direct Deposit Bi-weekly • Quarterly Performance Bonus (safety bonus & mileage bonus tied in here) • Mileage Performance Bonus Job Requirements: HIRING CRITERIA • CLASS A CDL • New CDL Graduates • 21 years or older
