Salary: $45,000 - $175,000 per year Team Lead Field Marketing Location: Woodbridge Corporate Plaza (Iselin, NJ 08830) Why Grapevine Pro? What Youll Do • Lead, coach, and manage a small team (26) of field marketing / outreach representatives. • Plan and assign canvassing or outreach territories; develop backup zones for coverage. • Provide training and mentoring to new hires and existing reps (on-the-job training, field best practices, customer engagement techniques). • Monitor team activity and performance; ensure daily/weekly appointment-setting goals are met. • Coordinate with marketing and sales management to optimize outreach strategy, lead flow, and territory assignment. • Maintain company vehicle (if provided), ensure compliance with safety standards, and oversee logistics. Qualifications • Previous field-marketing, door-to-door, or canvassing experience preferred (13 years). • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to motivate and manage a team. • Valid drivers license, clean driving record, reliable transportation. • Comfortable with outdoor work, walking neighborhoods, and spending hours on feet. • Self-disciplined, organized, and proactive; able to adapt to changing circumstances.
