Role description: As a Sales & Style Support associate at Grand Lè Mar, you appreciate craftsmanship and product knowledge and have a strong interest in fabrics and the art of made-to-measure, bringing that curiosity into the way you support the daily flow and performance of the showroom. You approach each day with initiative and attention to detail, stepping in before you’re asked and anticipating what the team needs to keep the client experience seamless. You understand that great service begins behind the scenes — in how products are prepared, organized and presented — and you take pride in creating an environment where the sales team can focus on refined, personalized interactions. You move confidently between operational tasks, product handling and on-floor support with energy and focus, contributing directly to the showroom’s momentum and overall results. While your role is rooted in organization and readiness, you also value the craftsmanship and fabric knowledge that define our world, carrying a sincere interest in the made-to-measure process as part of your growth and contribution. What you will do: • Maintain consistent showroom readiness throughout the day, ensuring merchandise, fitting areas and displays reflect Grand Lè Mar’s visual and operational standards. • Manage stock flow by receiving, organizing and replenishing merchandise both on the sales floor and in the stockroom. • Support the showroom’s sales performance by proactively identifying ways to improve workflow, elevate the client experience and keep the team moving efficiently, taking initiative to solve problems and maintain momentum throughout the day. • Support sales advisors during peak periods by assisting with client preparation, product retrieval and continuous showroom upkeep. • Coordinate new arrivals, ensuring accurate placement on the floor and alignment with visual guidelines. • Maintain an organized, clean and well-structured stockroom to support the efficiency of the sales team. • Assist with preparation and handling of made-to-measure garments, online order pickups, alterations and related customer items. • Communicate clearly with the Sales & Style Supervisors to ensure seamless coordination and awareness of stock needs, product flow and daily priorities. • Contribute to the refinement and consistency of the showroom environment as an extension of the brand’s aesthetic and values. • Perform additional duties as requested by showroom leadership. Qualifications Requirements: • Experience in retail operations, stock management, luxury service or a related support role preferred. • Naturally driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to take initiative, pursue results and maintain a strong sales mentality in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cohesively within a collaborative, service-driven team. • Organized, dependable and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Comfort working in a fast-paced showroom environment while maintaining a composed and professional demeanor. • Genuine interest in fashion, craftsmanship and the visual expression of a luxury brand. • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods based on business needs.
