In this role, you will enter and verify payroll data, review timesheets, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with resolving payroll-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to work independently while handling confidential information with care. Key Responsibilities Enter, review, and verify payroll information for employees. Process timesheets, attendance records, and wage adjustments accurately. Maintain and update employee payroll files and databases. Assist with preparing payroll reports and summaries. Respond to employee questions regarding pay, hours, deductions, or policies. Coordinate with HR or management to clarify missing or incorrect data. Ensure compliance with company procedures, payroll deadlines, and relevant regulations. Maintain strict confidentiality and data security at all times. Qualifications Required Previous experience in payroll, accounting support, bookkeeping, or administrative roles. Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication skills—both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines. Familiarity with payroll software or systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, QuickBooks, Paychex). Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, or compliance standards. Experience with high-volume payroll or multi-state processing. Bilingual or multilingual abilities. Work Schedule Day and Night Shifts available. Part-time (15–30 hours/week) and full-time (35–40 hours/week) options. May require occasional weekend or holiday support during peak payroll periods.
