Salary: $130k - 200k per year + Health Dental Vision 401K Reference: S40SLME(11/18/25)-1 Lead Mechanical Engineer II – Full-Time Location: Tennessee Industry: Manufacturing / R&D / Industrial Engineering Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift • ️ Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer II to oversee mechanical design and development projects, mentor engineering staff, and drive innovation across products and manufacturing processes. This senior-level role combines hands-on engineering expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet technical requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive mechanical engineering experience, project leadership skills, and a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
