To Apply for this Job Click Here General Manager : High-Volume, Upscale Dining | Franklin, TN A respected hospitality group is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead operations at a high-performing, upscale concept in Charleston. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-driven environment and knows how to build strong teams while keeping a sharp eye on financial performance. General Manager – Benefits And Compensation • $90k-$100k base salary • Attainable performance-based bonus • Employer-covered health insurance (after 90 days) • PTO • Onsite parking • Strong ownership support and opportunity for growth within the group General Manager Requirements & Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager • New Store Opening Experience • Proven leadership in high-volume operations ($7M+ in annual sales) in an upscale dining environment • Strong HR, payroll, and scheduling knowledge • Proficient with Toast, OpenTable, Microsoft Office, and other operations platforms • Strong communication skills and ability to lead with both professionalism and presence • Deep understanding of inventory control, ordering processes, labor management, and cost tracking • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to join a passionate, growing team and make your mark in one of Charleston’s busiest dining scenes.
