At least 2 years in a full-service manager role with leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
We are looking for someone humble, hungry, and smart to lead this established restaurant. The Assistant Manager will hire, train and develop staff members, and ensure all staff members understand and display our values, beliefs, and lifestyle. This person must be a creative team player who enjoys hard work and shows a true commitment to their career. A solid passion for craft beer is a plus but not a deal breaker.
