About Golf VX Corp Golf VX designs best in class golf simulators and operates both company owned venues and an expanding franchise network. Our mission is to make golf more immersive, data-driven, and accessible. As we scale, we need a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to unify our brand and accelerate growth across three pillars—our simulator product line, corporate locations, and franchise partners. Key Responsibilities Brand & Identity Craft, refine, and protect a cohesive brand voice and visual identity. Ensure consistent messaging across product, corporate, and franchise channels. Go-to-Market & Strategic Planning Build and execute launch plans for new simulators, market entries, and franchise programs.• Lead cross functional launch teams (Product, Franchise Support, Operations, Sales). Commission and analyze market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and whitespace opportunities. Monitor competitor moves and industry shifts, recommending proactive responses. Content & Social Media Management Develop and own an editorial calendar aligned with sales targets and franchise goals. Produce or oversee blogs, videos, email campaigns, ads, and infographics. Grow and engage social communities; respond to followers and nurture brand advocates. Field Marketing & Events Plan, budget, and execute trade shows, demo days, franchise conferences, and local activations. Partner with Sales and Franchise Development to generate qualified leads and deepen customer relationships. Agency, Media, & PR Management Select and direct creative, digital, and PR agencies; manage scopes, timelines, and KPIs. Develop PR strategies that spotlight product innovation, franchise success stories, and venue milestones. Cultivate media relationships and secure coverage in golf, tech, and business outlets. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with Business Development, Operations, Field Support, and Finance to synchronize campaigns and measure ROI. Foster a positive, collaborative marketing culture supporting both corporate and franchise teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 3–5 years’ success in marketing management—ideally with multiunit or franchise brands. Proven track record of developing integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue. Proficiency with social, CMS, CRM, and analytics tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Passion for golf or sports technology is a plus.
