Key Responsibilities: • Customer Consultation Explain policy options, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and simple way so clients can make informed decisions. • Sales Support & Processing Provide quotes, guide clients through applications, and complete enrollments while meeting performance goals. • Client Relationship Management Assist current customers with renewals, updates, and policy changes, while keeping accurate records. • Ongoing Development Stay up to date on company products and basic industry information.
