You won’t be making cold calls or pushing sales — instead, you’ll focus on offering clarity, support, and reliable assistance to individuals seeking help with their coverage. Your Daily Responsibilities Your day will center around meaningful conversations and organized follow-through: • Conduct virtual appointments via phone or Zoom to assist members. • Address questions about benefit programs, application processes, and available coverage. • Provide ongoing service and professional support to existing members. • Keep accurate documentation and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction. • Deliver a caring, knowledgeable customer experience that reflects our values.
