Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Lead specializing in Order to Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have multiple end-to-end implementations as a Functional Lead, demonstrating expertise in Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, and Receivables. This role combines functional leadership with hands-on configuration to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM O2C implementations, providing functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment guidance. • Configure and optimize Order Management, Pricing, Shipping Execution, Billing, and Receivables modules. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand O2C processes and translate requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. • Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials. • Conduct workshops, support UAT sessions, and ensure smooth go-live and hypercare support. • Mentor junior functional consultants and guide teams on Oracle SCM best practices. • Work with technical teams to integrate SCM with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues during implementation and post-go-live. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations. • Proven experience as a Functional Lead in multiple end-to-end O2C implementations. • Hands-on expertise in Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, and Receivables modules. • Strong understanding of order-to-cash business processes and Oracle Cloud best practices. • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills. • Ability to start immediately. Preferred Skills • Oracle SCM Cloud certification. • Experience with multi-region, multi-currency O2C implementations. • Exposure to Advanced Pricing, Subscription Billing, or Revenue Management in SCM. • Prior consulting experience with large enterprise clients. Travel Requirement • Role is remote with travel as required to client sites in Dallas, TX and California (expenses covered).
