Housekeeping Professional (Independent Contractor) Join the Glass Monkey Services Network Are you a skilled housekeeping professional looking for consistent contract work with a company that values quality, professionalism, and long-term partnerships? Glass Monkey Services is expanding into full residential and commercial cleaning, and we are actively building a network of reliable 1099 independent contractors across Colorado. This is not an employee position. All housekeeping work will be contracted out through our growing service network. You will work independently as a contractor while we handle customer acquisition, marketing, and scheduling. As we grow, you will have first access to increased job volume and expanded cleaning service offerings. Contract Requirements • Active LLC in good standing • General Liability Insurance • Workers Compensation or Waiver for sole proprietors • Valid driver’s license and a company vehicle • Ability to provide cleaning supplies or willingness to use supplies we provide • Professional communication and dependability with client appointments How It Works Qualified housekeeping professionals will be invited to a Zoom meeting to: • Review documentation • Discuss pricing structure based on percentages • Share your preferred services • Establish your typical pricing and normal cleaning scope • Set expectations for ongoing contract work Possible Duties • Standard recurring residential cleanings • Deep cleans • Move-in and move-out cleaning • Light commercial cleaning • Optional seasonal add-ons as available You only accept the jobs you want.
