Position Summary: The Front Desk Administrative Assistant will be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for our guests, managing appointment scheduling, handling client communication, and supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the spa. Key Responsibilities: • Greet clients warmly, check them in/out, and provide outstanding customer service. • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle appointment bookings and rescheduling. • Manage client records, intake forms, and payments accurately. • Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk and lobby area. • Support spa staff with daily operations and administrative tasks. • Upsell services, memberships, or products as appropriate. • Handle basic social media inquiries and provide promotional info to guests. • Ensure a smooth flow of communication between staff, clients, and management. Qualifications: • Previous front desk, customer service, office or administrative experience preferred. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Proficient in scheduling software (experience with Phorest or similar is a plus). • Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment. • Passionate about beauty, wellness, and creating a great client experience.
