Description: GIS Communications is a Benefit Enrollment company located in Clearwater, Florida. We are looking for a person to fill this 100% remote position that has experience in the Benefit Enrollment field as a previous benefit enroller and industry experience. A bilingual individual would be a bonus, but not necessary. You must have a current and active Life and Health License in your resident state to be considered for this position. Job Summary: The New Hire Administrator is responsible for overseeing the onboarding concierge process for newly eligible employees. This role serves as the central point of coordination between New Hire Benefit Coaches, the Client Services Team, Preferred Team, and Premier Team to ensure smooth and timely scheduling, system access, and training materials are ready before phone appointments begin. Duties/Responsibilities: • Serve as the liaison between internal teams to streamline and coordinate all steps of the Onboard Concierge process. • Oversee the New Hire Benefit Coaches on a day to day basis, including scheduled shifts, hours, time off, etc. • Notify New Hire Benefit Coaches on case expectations and start dates. • Promptly update coach/staff assignments in the CRM system. • Request and confirm coach access to the benefit admin systems. • Maintain and update new hire tab of scheduling info sheet with enrollment schedule hyperlink. • Update Scheduling Team when Onboard Concierge will begin. • Create and be responsible for the new hire training folder for each case. • Request Daily Activity Logs (DAL’s). • Review Benefits at a Glance (BAAG) for accuracy and coordinate with Client Services/Preferred Team for updates. • Provide training for New Hire Benefit Coaches on BAAG and enrollment workflows as needed. • Promptly respond to the New Hire Benefit Coaches escalations. • Document and update resolution tracker on escalations concerning Onboard Concierge cases. • Recommend ways to streamline processes for efficiency. • Verify and/or request licensing and appointments as needed for cases. • Handle New Hire Enrollment calls as needed. Requirements: Required Skills/Abilities: • Active Life and Health License in resident state. • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Ability to function well in high-paced stressful environment. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Experience in benefits enrollment, benefit admin technology/processes, call center environment, scheduling or related field. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Detail oriented, accurate and deadline driven. • Prefer prior experience in conducting training sessions. Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
