Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Provide support in administering employee benefits programs and responding to related inquiries. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Facilitate training sessions and employee engagement activities as needed. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects. Associate's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR. Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
