Gigawatts Electric is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to enhance our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a valued member of our customer support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. You will play a vital role in fostering customer relationships and contributing to our mission of excellence in the electric industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and troubleshooting assistance. Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes. Track and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Actively contribute to improving support processes and identifying opportunities for growth. Assist in the development of customer support resources, such as FAQs and help guides. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the electric or technology industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer interactions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
