R&D Technology Analyst 12-month contract Onsite in Clark, NJ Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for Research & Innovation by creating synopses of new and existing technologies. • Maintain awareness of emerging scientific and marketing opportunities through literature, publications, and industry trends. • Serve as a creative catalyst to identify potential new technology discoveries or novel ingredient functions. • Support testing approaches to validate active ingredient performance and overall product efficacy. • Collaborate with Safety and Analytical teams to coordinate product testing and analysis. • Work closely with the Clinical Evaluation team to coordinate clinical, instrumental, and consumer testing. • Support preparation of technical dossiers for new products or modifications to existing products. Qualifications: • Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline required. • Previous experience in skincare or personal care is a plus. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
