Cybersecurity Project Manager needed for RTX - 100% Remote Cybersecurity Project Manager Client: RTX (;/strong> 100% Remote Longterm Contract Pay Rate: OPEN RATE (Non-benefitted W2 Contract, C2C or Fully benefitted Contract) Summary of Role: RTX Enterprise Services Digital Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager (Contractor) to join the Cybersecurity Strategy and Transformation team. In this role, you will spearhead critical cybersecurity initiatives driving projects from bold ideas to impactful outcomes. This role will manage projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver strategic value from ideation through value realization. What You Will Do: • Proactively manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk to ensure precise and impactful project delivery. • Knowledge of GRC. • Cross-mapping, test once and comply with many. • Data collection and managing Integration. • Knowledge of Change Management. • Ensure accurate project data in maintained in Planview and other project management tools for seamless project tracking and execution. • Develop metrics to enable success and ensure progress is communicated regularly to key stakeholders and leadership. • Work across enterprise cross functional teams build relationships and ensure alignment from start to finish • Craft compelling, executive-level communications that tell the story of project progress, challenges and wins • Drive powerful engagement, from daily standups to executive-level presentations, to rally and align stakeholders • Prepare for and conduct project reviews (i.e. REPM Gated Process) • Identify roadblocks early, remove impediments, and escalate critical issues before they impact project success • Provide and analyze project team resource allocation and budget forecasts • Conducts extensive investigation to understand root cause of problems Qualifications We Prefer • Minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience. • Minimum of 7 years project and/ or program experience • Industry standard Project Management Certifications (i.e. PMP) • Experience working with PM Tools: Planview, MS Project, Jira If interested in learning more about this position, please email your resume to @ and I will call back with more information.
