Provide application support and incident management for BI and Power Platform tools, including dashboard maintenance, issue resolution, and collaboration with teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
Experience in application support or BI roles, strong Power BI knowledge, interest or experience with Power Apps, analytical skills, customer orientation, and English C1 proficiency.
Job Description: • Act as a primary point of contact for incidents and service requests related to Business Intelligence and Power Platform applications. • Diagnose and resolve issues in reports, dashboards, Power Apps, and integrations. • Perform ticket triage, root-cause analysis, and follow incidents through to full resolution. • Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar tools). • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions. • Validate data quality, identify inconsistencies, and propose corrective actions. • Provide functional support and enhancements for Power Apps and Power Automate workflows. • Execute small evolutions, perform testing and validation, and correct defects. Requirements: • Previous experience in application support, BI, or similar roles. • Strong knowledge of Power BI (datasets, basic DAX, report creation/modification). • Experience with Power Apps or strong interest in developing Power Platform skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Customer-oriented mindset, solid communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines. • English C1 level (mandatory). • Nice to have: Experience with Power Automate. Knowledge of SQL or ETL tools. Understanding of Microsoft 365 or Azure.
