As a trusted partner, the Administrative Assistant helps the organization adapt to change, overcome challenges, and create a people-first culture. WHAT: As an Administrative Assistant, you will orchestrate seamless office operations and executive support, enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities and breakthrough innovations. HOW: Accelerating transformation by leveraging digital tools, data-driven insights, and agile collaboration to empower leaders and teams. Work Arrangement - Onsite The successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis. This role requires up to 10% domestic and international travel. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports. • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs and inquiries. • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain a fully functional workspace. • Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including workspace setup and access. • Organize and facilitate internal meetings and events (e.g., team lunches, offsites) • Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders. • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures. • Maintain an organized and professional office environment. • Provide ad-hoc support to various teams as needed. • Foster a forward-thinking work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges. • Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including software, manufacturing, and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations. Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications): • 1–3 years proven experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar role. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and other modern collaboration platforms. • Flexible, positive, and proactive approach to problem-solving. • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new digital tools and technologies.
