Job Description Summary Performs diverse and complex assignments in support of GEHC product development and manufacturing. Assignments may include: prepares goods for shipment, receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies, and uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders. This role is for 2nd shift, 2-10:30 PM and qualifies for a 10% shift differential. Job Description Key responsibilities/essential functions include: Physical movement of materials / parts from one area to another using handcarts Shipping / Receiving dock operations Performs work (kit assembly) from detailed instructions and maintains daily production output with accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required by management. As required, with guidance, provide data for formal reports (oral and written) of the work Limited decision making, related to the scope of the specific task with guidance. Complies with all EHS, Training and Quality procedures and policies Under supervision, performs routine troubleshooting of process or equipment. Brings equipment irregularities to the attention of the supervisor. Use Lean tools to improve established processes and metrics in daily work. Participates in Action Workouts Make acquired skills or knowledge available to others; train others on manufacturing processes Required Qualifications High School diploma and 2 or more years of related experience Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information Demonstrated ability to work well with general direction and information Ability to communicate using English Demonstrated proficiency to utilize computerized work Effective verbal and written communication skills #LI-VS2 We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $37,840.00-$56,760.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
