As we continue to grow, we're looking for a savvy, beer-loving Social Media Marketing Manager to help us build and engage our online community. Job Overview: The Social Media Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive taproom traffic, support beer releases, and foster a loyal online community. This role is perfect for someone who understands the craft beer world, knows how to tell a story, and can turn a moment into a viral post. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Threads, etc.) • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content: photos, videos, reels, stories, event promos, and behind-the-scenes looks • Collaborate with the brewing team and taproom staff to capture authentic, on-brand content • Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and manage online reputation • Run targeted ad campaigns to support events, can releases, and brand initiatives • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and report on ROI • Manage influencer and brand collaborations • Coordinate with the design team on graphics and branding assets • Stay up to date on craft beer and social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant Qualifications: • 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the craft beverage or hospitality industry • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising features • Photography, video, and basic editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative mindset with an eye for branding and visual storytelling • Knowledge of and passion for craft beer is a huge plus • Experience managing a content calendar and working independently Perks & Benefits: • Competitive salary and paid time off • Employee discounts on beer and merchandise • Opportunity to attend beer festivals and industry events • A fun, team-oriented work environment surrounded by hops and good vibes Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • Employee discount • Paid time off Work Location: Hybrid remote in Glen Cove, NY 11542
