As a Client Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for a Client Service team that delivers high quality, efficient service to both internal and external clients within a branch. Reporting directly to the Client Service Director (with a strong dotted-line relationship to the Branch Manager), you will ensure goals and objectives support the Branch strategy. How You'll Make An Impact How will I impact the business? As the Client Service Supervisor you will ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients by managing our client service teams. You will champion branch initiatives and drive our dominant priorities. You will use your experience in client service and business insight to lead our team and create depth in our client relationships. We will look to you to develop and cultivate outstanding relationships within our branch and with our clients and vendor partners. • You lead a Client Service team that delivers high quality and efficient service to both the internal and external clients within a Branch. • You support the Branch goals and objective. You will report directly into the Branch Client Service Director with a strong dotted-line reporting relationship to the Branch Manager. • You will have a direct impact on business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, improving AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and crafting a culture of performance and continuous improvement. • Manages people, business processes and an assigned group of accounts. About You • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience. OR- • High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. • 1+ years supervisory experience. • P&C License. Nice to Have: • Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements. • Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment. • Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices. • Real Estate Industry experience within Middle Market account spaces. Behaviors: • Proficient in using technology as a tool to improve productivity and quality. • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills. • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. • Works in a self-directed manner. Compensation And Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
