You’ll evaluate inbound and outbound interactions, review documentation, and support the execution of quality assurance processes that strengthen service delivery. Working closely with peers and cross-functional partners, you’ll contribute to improved employee performance, enhanced member and client experiences, and the achievement of account and organizational goals.Your role in our mission • Conduct routine evaluations of calls, emails, chats, transactions, and documentation to ensure adherence to quality, accuracy, and regulatory standards.• Utilize automation tools and standardized procedures to support effective and efficient QA workflows.• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure alignment, consistency, and ongoing improvement in evaluation practices.• Facilitate knowledge sharing with operational leaders by presenting insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.• Identify issues or negative customer experiences and escalate appropriately to promote timely resolution and service improvement.What we're looking for • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.• 3+ years of quality assurance, subject matter expertise, or contact center/MMIS operational experience.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality or contact center platforms such as Salesforce, CXOne, Verint, or SharePoint.• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.• Demonstrated ability to support or implement process improvements, quality initiatives, and enhancements to operational procedures.What you should expect in this role • Fully remote position with flexibility to work anywhere within the United States.• Reliable high-speed internet connection required (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).• Standard Monday–Friday full-time schedule with collaboration across centralized and account-specific teams.• Opportunities for professional growth through training, development, and participation in quality initiatives.• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and company-observed holidays. #LI-REMOTE #LI-JT1  The pay range for this position is $40,300.00 - $57,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
