At Fuser, the process is the point. Fuser is a creative technology company founded by artists, educators, and engineers. We’re building tools for professionals who ideate, orchestrate, and deliver with intention. Our flagship product is a collaborative canvas for working across text, image, video, audio, and 3D, powered by the latest AI models. We’re a small team in Los Angeles designing the future of creative software: joyful, intuitive, and powerful tools for real-world storytelling and production. Why You're Here As a Sr. Full Stack Engineer, you'll operate with autonomy in a small, fast-moving team, working directly with the CTO and founding product engineer to scale Fuser’s core platform. This is a hands-on engineering role — you will spend most of your time designing, coding, and shipping features across the stack. We’ve launched our public beta with a strong foundation — 100k+ lines of code, multiplayer infrastructure, a node-based canvas, and dozens of AI integrations. Now we’re building toward collaboration, subgraphs, post-production, and operation nodes. You’ll help ship features, shape abstractions, and keep Fuser fast, stable, and expressive for creative professionals. What You’ll Do Build and ship key features across the stack with the founding team Own complex systems such as multiplayer, asset pipelines, or execution flows Architect clean, scalable abstractions that simplify complexity without limiting control Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience Help define the architecture for future AI-native UI/UX patterns Collaborate tightly with design and product — we move quickly and iterate often What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience shipping full-stack applications Strong skills in React + TypeScript, with backend depth in Node, tRPC, or Cloudflare Workers Understanding of distributed or real-time systems Experience designing APIs, databases, and data flows Curiosity about creative tools, design systems, or AI interfaces A builder mindset — you enjoy coding daily and owning your work end-to-end Bonus Points For: Experience with canvas or node-based tools (React Flow, Three.js, WebGPU) Familiarity with AI or creative software Open-source contributions or creative coding background Our Stack Frontend: React 19, React Router 7, Zustand, React Flow, Three.js Backend: Cloudflare Workers, tRPC, Drizzle ORM, PartyKit, Durable Objects Database & Storage: Supabase (PostgreSQL), R2 AI Integrations: 50+ APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Runway, FAL, and more) How We Work Remote-friendly — we welcome candidates anywhere in the U.S. LA-based core team — the team works hybrid, and you’ll collaborate remotely via async tools, Slack, and regular touchpoints.
