OPERATIONS & CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE Parsippany, NJ Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting for an Operations & Client Service Associate who will play a vital role in supporting our client’s financial advisors, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional service to their clients. This position is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a long-term career in the financial services industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service needs Prepare and manage client reports, meeting materials, and account documentation Maintain internal systems including CRM databases, cloud file storage, and office procedures Partner with our Director of Operations to learn firm processes and compliance practices Conduct research projects and assist with business process improvements Troubleshoot and manage light tech support and vendor coordination Assist in planning client meetings, events, and communications Ensure compliance and proper record-keeping practices Proactively identify ways to streamline and enhance operations QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience Experience in financial services, operations, or administrative support strongly valued Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and cloud-based tools Quick learner with the ability to master new systems and workflows Able to handle confidential information with discretion Self-driven, resourceful, and enthusiastic about professional growth Interest in leadership development and long-term mentorship SALARY RANGE $80K +/- (Based on experience) Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
