This position pays between $150,000 to $180,000 depending on experience. Must be within 50 miles of our Tracy, CA, Lancaster, TX or Linden, NJ office. MUST HAVE FOOD INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE The Senior Program Manager leads planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. Ensures programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while aligning teams, managing risks, and driving accountability. Partners with senior leaders to deliver business-critical change and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities · Own program delivery from initiation to close—timelines, budgets, quality targets · Lead cross-functional teams; align stakeholders, manage dependencies, remove blockers · Maintain program plans, charters, dashboards, executive reporting · Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues · Drive program communications, stakeholder and change management plans · Standardize program/project management processes and tools · Support continuous improvement via lessons learned and best practices Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or PMP/PMI a plus · 5+ years managing complex, multi-team programs in high-growth environments · Project/program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) · Cross-functional team leadership · Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills · Executive communication and presentation Preferred · Experience in supply chain, e-commerce, CPG, or tech · Success in business transformation or large-scale change · Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com
