About the Role This is a part time remote position where you’ll be applying your sales leadership experience across lead generation, sales initiatives, event support, prospect engagement, and CRM management. You’ll also collaborate with our marketing and community teams to help drive bigger-picture expansion. Key responsibilities include • Implementing targeted lead generation strategies • Contributing to sales conversations and growth campaigns • Supporting online and in person events • Managing CRM touchpoints and nurturing relationships • Working independently with strong ownership of outcomes • Bringing fresh ideas to support marketing and audience engagement What You Bring • Proven experience as a sales leader or in a similar revenue-driving role • Strong background in lead generation, pipeline building or business development • Event planning or marketing experience • CRM confidence • Clear communication, strong organisation, solid problem solving ability • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule • Experience in learning and development or performance coaching is a bonus • Business, marketing or related studies helpful but not essential What You Get A performance-based structure that rewards what you produce.
