We're looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Strategistto sit at the intersection of MarCom and Sales, owning the strategy and execution that attracts leads and converts Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in email marketing and MarCom activities that directly drive sales outcomes. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage prospect email marketing strategies, including nurture campaigns for MQLs. • Write compelling email copy and manage automated delivery workflows. • Monitor and optimize email performance metrics. • Collaborate with content teams on a content strategy aligned to funnel stages and audience needs. • Identify lead generation opportunities (events, awards, partnerships, PR) for FM Direct and collaborate with MarCom team to ensure execution. • Review dashboards and analytics tools to assess campaign performance. • Evaluate lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline health. • Optimize campaigns by reallocating budgets, refining messaging, adjusting channels, and improving audience targeting. • Partner with Sales to align on funnel performance and marketing-sourced pipeline metrics. • Highlight high-potential leads for all three Sales teams (Franklin Madison, FM Direct, and Integrated) and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion. • Track ROI and provide insights to justify budget needs and future planning. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, MarCom, or demand generation roles. • Proven ability to drive lead conversion through strategic marketing initiatives. • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools. Experience with Salesforce CRM, Emma/Active Campaign email platforms, a plus. • Excellent writing and communication skills. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, sales, and analytics teams. • Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing.
