We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team of dedicated professionals at a small law firm. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient administrative operations, and supporting the team in various tasks. Responsibilities: - Greet visitors and clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner. -Light bookkeeping duties, accounts payable, data entry - Manage and maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk, lobby, and common areas. - Assist with project coordination, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials. - Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing. - Utilize computer skills to computerize tasks, such as transcribing documents and maintaining accurate records. - Offer customer support and handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. - Perform various clerical duties, including answering phones, sorting mail, and managing office supplies. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Required Skills: - HS Diploma/ GED - Proficient with Word -Experience in administrative work and office environments. - Strong organizational and project coordination skills. - Excellent customer support and communication skills. - Ability to computerize tasks and maintain accurate records. - Organizational skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of calendar management and scheduling software. - Experience with transcribing documents. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
