Position Family Door Service and Forza Construction is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, foster existing client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Required Qualifications · 2-5 years minimum sales and or marketing experience in the Construction industry or similar industry · Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills · Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications/Skills · Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, marketing or a related field is preferred · Goal oriented, self-starter · Able to take, and execute discretion with a level of autonomy · Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies · Proficiency or expertise with CRM software, and standing up a CRM · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly excel Support · Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and sectors · Perform market research to identify trends and potential clients · Maintain a CRM database or similar pipeline for all client activity · Collaborate with executive leadership to set growth objectives and strategic direction · Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers · Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions · Develop company marketing materials when applicable · Manage existing client relationships to identify expansion and repeat businessopportunities · Represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity Company Offerings · Competitive salary based on experience · Health insurance and benefits · Paid time off and major holidays off · Professional development opportunities · Opportunities for career growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
