Must be available for all 2026 Spring Training games, pass background check, and be able to stand and stay in confined spaces for long periods.
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Elevator Operator to join our Game Day Operations team for 2026 Spring Training. In this role, you will help ensure safe, smooth, and efficient elevator transport for fans, VIPs, staff, and guests throughout the ballpark. You’ll be a visible point of contact for visitors and an important part of creating an exceptional game-day experience. Responsibilities • Operate stadium elevators safely and efficiently during baseball games and special events. • Greet passengers with a warm, professional attitude. • Assist guests with directions, seating locations, accessibility needs, and general stadium information. • Monitor elevator capacity and ensure compliance with safety guidelines. • Coordinate with Guest Services, Security, and Operations staff to manage traffic flow. • Report any mechanical or safety concerns promptly. • Maintain a clean and welcoming elevator environment. Qualifications • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Reliable, punctual, and able to remain attentive during long periods of standing. • Ability to stay calm and professional in fastpaced or crowded conditions. • Comfortable interacting with diverse groups, including guests with accessibility needs. • Previous customer service, hospitality, or event experience is a plus. Requirements • Must be available for all 2026 Spring Training home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. • Ability to remain in an enclosed/confined environment (elevator) for extended periods of time. • Must pass a background check per stadium policies.
