Full Description

We are seeking a service-driven and detail-oriented Assistant Hospitality Manager to support our team in delivering a 5-star workplace experience. This role is heavily focused on conference services and event support, ensuring every client and guest interaction is seamless and professional. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment. Pay: $55k-$60k Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities listed are representative, not exhaustive.) Conference & Event Services (70%) • Coordinate and manage conference room scheduling, setup, technology, and catering for meetings and events. • Oversee daily readiness of all meeting spaces, ensuring rooms are properly set, stocked, and maintained. • Manage a high-volume inbox for hospitality requests across multiple offices. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to ensure client and guest satisfaction. • Provide high-touch support for clients and guests, delivering a consistent and polished experience. Team Collaboration (10%) • Partner with the Hospitality Manager to anticipate client needs and support service planning. • Act as a point of contact for hospitality service requests from staff and leadership. • Assist in training, mentoring, and supporting hospitality and conference staff. • Provide assistance with other hospitality and office services as needed. Client & Guest Relations (10%) • Foster strong, professional relationships with clients, guests, and internal teams. • Gather feedback and share updates with the Hospitality Manager regarding service quality and improvement opportunities. • Deliver a proactive approach to hospitality, anticipating client needs before they arise. Vendor Support (5%) • Assist with coordination of external service providers, including catering, cleaning, maintenance, and AV/technology support. Training & Development (5%) • Complete ongoing training on company and client platforms. • Stay current on hospitality best practices and workplace experience standards. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 3+ years of hospitality, client services, or hotel/meeting services management experience. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high service standards.
