Full Description

We are looking for a data-driven and customer-focused Customer Organization Analyst to join our Operations team at Jeppesen ForeFlight, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting revenue retention and growth within our existing customer base by analyzing business health, developing meaningful dashboards, and delivering strategic reporting. You will lead forecast calls, build and interpret qualitative insights, and create executive-level presentations that highlight customer trends, opportunities, and risks. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, revenue operations, and strategic planning-helping our teams make informed decisions that strengthen long-term customer value. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze qualitative and quantitative customer data to assess overall health, revenue potential, and retention risk • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that track customer performance, usage trends, support needs, and business health metrics • Lead and coordinate forecast calls, providing insights on customer revenue, contract renewals, and pipeline status • Develop executive-ready presentations summarizing customer business health, trends, and strategic insights • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to support revenue expansion strategies for existing accounts • Provide data-driven recommendations that support revenue forecasting, customer segmentation, and engagement planning • Support business reviews by delivering data-backed insights and storytelling to influence decision-making Basic Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, customer operations, revenue operations, or a related analyst role • Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar • Proven ability to interpret customer and business performance data and translate it into actionable insights • Strong presentation and communication skills, including comfort presenting to internal stakeholders and leadership • Experience supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline reporting, or customer renewal processes. • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in SaaS, aviation technology, or subscription-based business models • Familiarity with revenue retention metrics (ATR, NRR, GRR) and customer health scoring • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance teams • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear presentations and executive-level business narratives • Strong understanding of qualitative analysis methods for gathering customer insights, feedback, and trends • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving customer-focused operational excellence • Previous experience working as an analyst for a consulting firm is a plus Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well market and business considerations: Summary Pay Range: $130,000-$150,000 About Jeppesen ForeFlight Jeppesen ForeFlight is a leading provider of innovative aviation software solutions, serving the Commercial, Business, Military, and General Aviation sectors globally.
