Conduct sales demonstrations, provide channel partner training, manage client relationships, and support sales opportunities with significant travel.
Associate degree and 3+ years in channel or direct sales, CRM experience, preferably in software sales and dealership/channel management.
Job Description: • Conduct sales demonstrations to prospective customers (both in person and virtual) • Provide channel partner training to increase the knowledge level of sales representatives • Be the point of contact for new clients and channel partners • Assist with client support, as well as customer issue resolution as necessary to support a seamless, always-on experience • Support local dealership partners on sales opportunities within a specified territory • Generate leads through channel partners and close sales opportunities • Establish strong, positive working relationships with Ford/Lincoln Dealers and their commercial sales team • Manage prospecting, onboarding, and ongoing support efforts with prospective / existing customers • Provide voice of customer feedback on Ford Pro Products to the product development teams • Follow the defined Lead Management Process for documenting contact with customers • 50%+ travel in the Southeast Florida territory Requirements: • Associate degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or related field • 3+ years of experience in channel and/or direct sales experience • CRM software utilization • Candidates should be located west/ south Florida geographic area.Even better, you may have... • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or related field • 1+ years of experience in wireless and GPS • 2+ years of experience in software sales experience strongly preferred • 2+ years of experience in computer-based Applications, IT operations and SaaS • 2+ years of with consultative selling with multiple products to offer the end user • 2+ years of experience in Dealership / Channel Management experience • Salesforce software utilization • Prior experience in learning new software and equipment products Benefits: • Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage • Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care and more • Family building benefits including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments, and more • Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases • Tuition assistance • Established and active employee resource groups • Paid time off for individual and team community service • A generous schedule of paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day • Paid time off and the option to purchase additional vacation time.
