Job Description In this position... As a Product Development Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in budget & personnel management, procurement, and business continuity processes. This position demands exceptional organization and communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.You will be responsible for procurement of services/material and associated invoice processing and compliance workstreams including business continuity and internal controls testing.You will also be instrumental in supporting personnel-related workflows including hiring processes and time tracking. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, task-oriented individual to contribute directly to the delivery of budgetary and staffing objectives and improve the efficiency of business operations processes. Responsibilities What you'll do... • Lead Ariba order and invoice processing, including interface with business owners/buyers, manage Obeya submission process, secure required documentation, issue Ariba purchase orders / APRs and manage approval process for all organizational invoices. • Lead the annual internal controls testing initiative, including test list / ownership definition, managing controls testing evidence & documentation. • Lead business continuity annual processes, including call tree updates & annual test, lead updates to business continuity plans and document retention declaration (DRIMs). • Lead Sharepoint creation and management, including regular content and permissions reviews, archive outdated records, and ensure data integrity across multiple organizational SharePoint sites. • Support personnel related workflows including Life@Ford transactions (people movement, position attribute updates, etc.), new hire requisitions (assist in writing requisitions, interface with recruiter & hiring team), guide team through onboarding process (paperwork, CDS ID, laptop, etc.). • Manage Vehicle Programs time tracking process, including creation of monthly status reports, ensure global teams are entering data, train new employees and resolve system inaccuracies. Qualifications You'll have... • Bachelor of Science • 2+ years of experience in Product Development within the automotive industry. • Exceptional critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Even better, you may have... • Procurement experience with Ariba system • 2+ years of experience in Program Management or Business Operations within the automotive industry.
