Full Description

Lead Ariba order and invoice processing, including interface with business owners/buyers, manage Obeya submission process, secure required documentation, issue Ariba purchase orders / APRs and manage approval process for all organizational invoices. Lead the annual internal controls testing initiative, including test list / ownership definition, managing controls testing evidence & documentation. Lead business continuity annual processes, including call tree updates & annual test, lead updates to business continuity plans and document retention declaration (DRIMs). Lead Sharepoint creation and management, including regular content and permissions reviews, archive outdated records, and ensure data integrity across multiple organizational SharePoint sites. Support personnel related workflows including Life@Ford transactions (people movement, position attribute updates, etc.), new hire requisitions (assist in writing requisitions, interface with recruiter & hiring team), guide team through onboarding process (paperwork, CDS ID, laptop, etc.). Manage Vehicle Programs time tracking process, including creation of monthly status reports, ensure global teams are entering data, train new employees and resolve system inaccuracies. Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor of Science 2+ years of experience in Product Development within the automotive industry. Exceptional critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Procurement experience with Ariba system 2+ years of experience in Program Management or Business Operations within the automotive industry.
