High school diploma, 3 years administrative assistant experience preferred, 1 year retail customer service preferred, ability to commute to Honolulu, and willingness to obtain TB clearance.
We are currently seeking a full-time Fashion Merchandising Administrative Assistant to join our team! Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the Fashion Merchandising Administrative Assistant is to provide clerical and administrative support to the various merchandising departments and buying staff. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas of operation. Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide support to buyers with various tasks and special projects on a timely basis. • Perform general administrative assistant duties such as organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, etc. • Assist buyers with generating reports and preparation of regularly scheduled reports • Submit and reconcile expense reports • Prepare, process and maintain vendor information i.e., cost, retail, gross margin percent, attribute changes, new and deleted items. • Prepare, process and maintain item authorizations. • Assist buyers with maintaining proper inventory stock levels • Assist buyers with purchase orders • Maintain price and attribute integrity of item records residing within the store file. • Input and manage markdowns, in-store promotions, and seasonal updates • Communicate product updates, order guides, promotional checklists, and planograms to the team and store associates. • Assist stores in obtaining satisfactory answers to questions or problems. • Ensure timely resolution of vendor claims, damages, and invoice discrepancies. • Maintain and facilitate both written and oral communications with stores, vendors and merchandising department. • Conduct research and compile date for reports, presentations, or departmental analysis. • Attend store visits and resets as needed to ensure product displays and merchandising standards are upheld. • Other tasks include tagging of merchandise, packing and mailing merchandise, etc. Benefits include competitive wages, medical insurance, paid vacation and sick time, 401k retirement plan with a company match, and more!
