Role and Responsibilities of Sales Team Member: Working at Five Below requires you to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to store operations to maintain a joyous and hospitable shopping environment for all patrons. • Listen actively to customer needs and concerns, addressing them with empathy and professionalism. • Provide insights on products, advise on choices, and offer problem-solving approaches tailored to customers needs. • Foster customer engagement by marketing store events, promotions, and activities to encourage participation. • Politely deal with customer concerns, providing alternative choices when feasible. • Inform management about restocking inventory and receiving feedback from customers. • Work together with the team to reach the objectives of the store and the organization. Qualifications for Sales Team Member: • In order to take part, individuals must be at least 16 years of age. • The position requires availability at varied times, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Proficient in the utilization and understanding of technology like registers and mobile devices. • Demonstrates exceptional abilities in customer service and communication. • Capacity to swiftly and adeptly resolve issues in a professional manner. • Enthusiastic about acquiring new skills through on-the-job education. Essential Job Functions of Sales Team Member: • Process customer payments and operate the cash register efficiently. • Maneuver and stack merchandise that weighs a maximum of 25 pounds and reach shelves that are 10 feet tall. • Climb up ladders and perform bending, twisting, and stooping maneuvers when restocking goods and attending to customers. • Communicate verbally with customers, coworkers, and managers, both in physical settings and over the phone. • Regularly move around the sales floor and storage facilities. • Sustain concentration and uphold a straight posture for prolonged durations. • Embrace the flexibility of accommodating possible overnight shifts in your schedule.
