Conduct virtual consultations with clients to understand their financial protection needs Provide customized life insurance solutions based on client goals Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects Follow up with leads using CRM tools and automated systems Maintain consistent communication with clients and team members Participate in coaching, training, and leadership development sessions Optionally: mentor new agents as you advance into leadership roles Uphold ethical, client-first practices in all interactions Leadership Fast-Track Responsibilities (as you grow) Lead and train a team of new agents Run virtual team meetings or training sessions Coach new representatives on sales techniques and system best practices Help shape a culture of professionalism, growth, and service (No experience is required — training is provided.)
