The Opportunity: In this role, you will be supported by a dedicated team that offers sales support, client service, marketing, research, and more. You will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager, who is committed to ensuring you have the tools and training necessary for success. This position is in-office at our facility in Camas, WA. Your Responsibilities: • Act as the primary representative of Fisher Investments to potential clients. • Analyze prospects' financial situations and offer tailored solutions. • Educate potential clients about the competitive financial landscape and our unique offerings. • Engage in ongoing training focused on advanced phone sales strategies, finance principles, capital markets, and portfolio management. • No travel is required; this position emphasizes phone-based sales and virtual meetings. Your Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry. • Possession of FINRA Series 65 or equivalents such as Series 7 and 66 is preferred. • Established track record of success in achieving sales results. • Proven ability to persuade and effectively educate prospects. Compensation: • This is a commission-based role with a salary range starting at $100,000 and a gradual step down. Your compensation includes a percentage of the estimated first year’s management fees along with trailers for new business generated. • Experience uncapped, performance-based compensation; average earnings typically reach mid-six figures within three to four years of employment.
