Job Title Director of Client Experience - Prepaid What does a successful Director of Client Experience, Prepaid do at Fiserv? As a Director of Client Experience for the Money Network prepaid business at Fiserv, you will form deep and long-lasting relationships with our clients in the Federal Government Agency space by helping them execute on their projects and then ensuring they have what they need to make them and Fiserv, successful over the long term. As a strategic advisor to our clients, you will help them maximize the value of our solutions and navigate the complexities of financial services. Your expertise and proactive approach will drive client satisfaction and loyalty, reinforcing Fiserv's position as a trusted partner. What you will do: Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Work with the client to ensure plans are executed; proactively diving in to lead or assist where needed. Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams for efficient solutions. Conduct regular client review meetings to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Identify and pursue additional opportunities to grow the reach of Money Network solutions for the client. Grow and maintain a, ‘trusted advisor’ relationship with the Client. Report on client service metrics and trends to management, providing insights and recommendations and raising ideas for improving the Money Network solutions. What you will need to have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience. 8+ years of experience in client service or account management. 5+ years of experience in the credit/debit card industry. Ability to travel up to 50%. What would be great to have: Experience in the prepaid industry. Strong background working with Federal Government Agencies. Demonstrates the ability to read and comprehend contracts, ensuring a clear understanding of contracted services and service levels to facilitate effective execution and adherence. #LI-PN1 You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Salary Range $127,500.00 - $204,000.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in Massachusetts, California (excluding Sunnyvale) and District of Columbia.
